Now we're in full boost approaching a brand new DevCon ServoyCamp 2011!

Three Packed DevCon Days
This ServoyCamp will again be packed with: hands-on sessions, classes and preso's. We've got great Servoy 6 hands-on sessions, using Servoy for Mobile devices, Reporting, SVN and much, much more on schedule!

Great speakers and Servoy staff present
We already got great speakers on schedule and Servoy staff will be present on all three days, so there is enough brainfood for every Servoy Developer available.
Not to forget: ServoyCamp also includes fun activities in the evening times.
Imagine you, as Servoy Developer, not being there!? Unthinkable!

We have an important announcement to make! 

Some FoxPro developers who want to join us at ServoyCamp 2011, have contacted us, due to the fact that there is a Foxpro DEVCON conference in Frankfurt (Germany) on the EXACT same dates. After much investigation, phonecalls, emails to the already registered people, we have decided to move ServoyCamp Conference 2011 by one week!

 

 

So PLEASE update your agenda's & calendars, the new dates for ServoyCamp 2011 are:

Hi all,

I am looking for sponsors for the BrowserSuite:
I would like to stabilize the last issues on Mac OS X for v1.0, but am facing a problem because Christopher Deckers, the author of the DJNativeSwing library has no Mac to test his library.

Some parts of his lib are really complex (especially the native calls), and he is the only one who can really fix all this. In the past, we spent entire week-ends on skype sessions with trial/errors but he has no visibility for his part, and I'm the one doing all the tweaking and endless tests on Mac, which is not that practical (he lives in France so there is a 6h delay in our communications).

Christopher recently said that if only he had a Mac to test it he would be able to find workarounds for much of the current issues.
Maybe there are people around with a recent Intel Mac sitting in a corner who could make a donation?

Otherwise I would like to open a subscription to sponsor him with a Mac mini.
This little thing cost 800 euros in France, which is roughly US$ 1000, so if I could find 10 people willing to contribute that wouldn't be too much of an investment for all.

Right now 4 people already said they would help with up to $100.

We have really done our very best to find this year a location for a ServoyCamp World. Unfortunately, all suitable conference locations (± 150 persons including room accommodations) are booked. Apparently we were a little late in the day ;).

 

As you may already have read on the forum, a new ServoyWorld event will take place Q1 2011.

 

Therefore we have decided to organize a ServoyCamp somewhere in the second half of 2011. This gives us enough time to prepare sessions, invite speakers and organize a great ServoyCamp 2011 for developers and other interested people!

 

In any case, we want to thank everyone for the fun and spontaneous reactions and we'll definitely see you in 2011!
